A child-like man is not a man whose development has been arrested; on the contrary, he is a man who has given himself a chance of continuing to develop long after most adults have muffled themselves in the cocoon of middle-aged habit and convention.
Aldous Huxley
After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.

I met some lovely girls from Northern school of contemporary dance at the Test Space event, we chatted and exchanged contact details, they were really keen on helping me with a couple of video projects I had in mind for a while now. They are the ones in the black tights etc. in the photos.
They have also set up a group on face book and used my photographs and credited me too, which makes me feel all happy! :)

Would be good if schools could encourage pupils to make books for one another or for their own library's. Just a thought.

What is Vis. Com? Task 1.

I dont have enough experience with photoshop. This is something I'm working on for a project using complimentary colors. Think I will work on it with physical tools rather than these on photoshop.

Just doing some research for what is vis. com. project, which is the last one I have to do this year, before I break up for the summer. These pictures I found. I really love the one with the cats in. The simplicity, both in color and in style.

Been playing with scanning some of my doodles into photoshop.

Gardening.

Been out in the garden all day :) What did look like a jungle (cos I have been so busy with college and uni) now looks more like a garden again! :)
I love gardening, it really helps with my mental and physical health and my health has been somewhat rock again recently. Stressed!!!
Been finding being a single mum of three and doing a full time degree really hard, glad we are almost finished for the summer cos I do feel like I have barely seen them this year.
So quality time with the kids, some time resting and reading and experimenting with stuff at home and seeing friends. But I will still go into uni if I can over the summer a little to use the facilities.
